When are payments due and how much are they?
Annual notice of POA dues are mailed at the beginning of each calendar year and are due by February 28th of the current year. In order to avoid late charges and fines, payments must be received by February 28th of the current year.
The property owner dues amount is currently $725 per year.

Dues for the calendar year, if paid on time by the due date, do not incur late fees. If current year's regular assessment is not paid in full by the due date of March 1st, the following late charges will be assessed and added to the balance due:

On June 1 of the current year, any account not paid in full will be placed in active collections status.
The account will remain in active collections status until there are no past due amounts. The Association will utilize whatever remedy it deems appropriate for all active collections accounts.
Not paid in full by September 1 of the subsequent year and every six months after that date, a 4% charge of the total outstanding balance will be accessed.
