The pool will close for the winter on October 4th, 2023.
Three VWPOA board positions will be open in May 2024, as the
current officeholders will have reached their term limits.
If no homeowners step up to fill these seats, it could have detrimental
effects on the neighborhood. These concerns will soon be discussed
with HOA attorneys and then shared with the homeowners in
upcoming communications.

We invite all of you to join us Tuesday, June 13th, the volunteer board and chair committees meet to go over current events, plan, etc... We try to meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Sometimes with conflicting schedules these meeting dates change. Please watch the website vwpoa.com and this private neighborhood page for updates. We are close to gathering all of the emails from our property owners. More valuable content regarding our neighborhood and your property will be sent out via email. The next regular board meeting will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at McKinney Fire Station #5, 6600 Virginia Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75071. This meeting is open to all homeowners.
The VWPOA annual meeting will be held at the neighborhood pool on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 11 a.m. Join us for lunch and to discuss neighborhood finances and other issues. Our treasurer position will be up for a vote as well. Immediately following the meeting, the pool will open for the summer.

July 12th Neighborhood Meeting

July 2nd Celebrate together with your neighbors!🎆
10:00a.m. parade begins at the pool. Walk, bike, wagon, etc... down Jamestown Lane, continue onto Appalachian Way ending at the park. Decorate your 
transportation and yourselves. Bring your smiles and wave at our neighborhood friends who come out to see the parade passing by. 
Following the parade there will be a BBQ at the pool. Hot dogs, hamburgers and waters supplied by the HOA. This is a pot luck style gathering so bring your favorite sides and desserts. We look forward to seeing everyone.
